HR Communication Guidelines
Objective: create a set of guidelines for law firm to ensure consistent and salable image is maintained across a diverse practice.
Process: Culling from notes from agency meetings with firm principals, I pinpointed and articulated the goals concisely and functionally.
Result: Memo guided subsequent creation of firm's promotional collateral and was adopted by practitioners in daily correspondence.
