Production Guidelines

For a busy adverstising agency, this project was an early inhouse "Wiki", the repository for collective knowledge on best practices when working collaboratively on client web sites.

I interviewed production staff SMEs, wrote conceptual explanations and instruction sets, and designed the simple site. I like the social software aspect of this project, and would have loved to make it interactive.
