Microsoft Word Templates User's Guide

Objective: Help employees at our client companies create letters, faxes and memos that reflect the firm's identity campaign.

Process: After first building the set of Word Templates containing the logo that had been developed, I then wrote and designed an accompanying user's guide explaining how to install and implement the template set (with custom instructions for each typical system), pick the right template for the job through Word and create documents.

Result: Both companies were quickly able to unify the look of their daily correspondence.
